We have helped 2,600 adults learn to read since our inception in 1985. We are a 501(c)(3) organization.
Project Read-Menlo Park is a free Adult Literacy program inside the Menlo Park Library. Volunteer tutors are trained to work one-to-one with adults to help them improve reading, writing, and pronunciation skills in English.
Funded by California Library Literacy Services, City of Menlo Park, Friends of the Menlo Park Library, and several foundations including the Rotary Club of Menlo Park, Silicon Valley Realtors Charitable Foundation, London Foundation, and the Gibson Charitable Trust.
